AC45 2P

The AC Schnitzer is an all-round classic, but as they're a popular wheel, they're usually used, abused and in a condition that when even restored, not perfect. 

That's why we have created the AC45, which is quite simply our version of the famous AC Schnitzer 2PC wheel. The design of the AC45 allows for an aggressive yet understated look to allow for a daily wheel that is low in maintenance and great in looks.

Split five-spokes allow for easy of cleaning which is emphasised by the hidden hardware option. OEM centre caps are possible to use for both BMW and Mercedes also. 

As per all of our wheels, the centre is fully forged T6-6061 aluminium which then passes through a series of milling procedures. Starting from first cut, all the way to the fine milling process to smooth out any final radiuses and details. 

After this stage, the finishing process is next, which is begins with a sanding process performed by hand then then through our de-burring tumbler. Once the centre have passed through the first stage of finishing, they're then followed by either polishing, brushing or powder coating; all dependant on the choice you require for your wheels.
